Back in July, a friend and I went and toured the Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards, located at 19239 US 27 North, Clermont, FL 34715. On the day that we visited, there was free blues music out on the lawn. Here are a few pictures from that afternoon. Enjoy!

Some of the people out enjoying the live music |
A very cool carved door |
A potted plant.....whose vines and leaves make for an interesting ceiling |
Some antique wine making supplies |
Each barrel served as a tasting table for a different type of wine |

This machine is used to shake the grapes off the vine |
Florida is so humid that they can't make wine in oak barrels... |
...instead they used large stainless steel vats |

An amusing mouse pad available at the store |

Corks in a cork cage |
The tour is free and takes about 45 minutes and is extremely informative and educational. It also includes free tasting samples of 8-12 different wines! I highly recommend spending an afternoon there!
