SING!!!

There are many things that a person can do to lift their spirits, improve their attitude and outlook on life, and increase their happiness and feelings of well-being.  One of them is to SING!  Even if you don't feel like singing, do it anyway!  Pick a song with a good beat and a positive message and sing it at the top of your lungs!  You will feel better and you'll typically find that once you start to sing, you won't want to stop!

Here are a few of my favorite "positive message" songs to sing to!

Success & Happiness

"Success is not the key to happiness.  Happiness is the key to success."  -- Albert Schweitzer

While reading today, I came across the following:

"Imagine, play, and create games, do whatever you can to lift your spirits and feel good.  When you lift your feelings, you will lift your [life].  In every part of your life, every day, love everything you see, love everything around you, and love the success of other [people] as though it were your success!  If you feel really good about success, no matter whose success it is, you stick success to you!"  --Rhonda Byrne

What a great truth to keep in mind as I go throughout my day!
