SING!!!

There are many things that a person can do to lift their spirits, improve their attitude and outlook on life, and increase their happiness and feelings of well-being.  One of them is to SING!  Even if you don't feel like singing, do it anyway!  Pick a song with a good beat and a positive message and sing it at the top of your lungs!  You will feel better and you'll typically find that once you start to sing, you won't want to stop!
